All quoted prices include GST and subject to availability at the time of booking. Enjoyaus Coaches reserves the rights to impose any increase that may occur in any applicable airport charges, road tolls, entry fees and parking charges.

Yes, we accept payments by credit cards or debit cards issued by major Australian banks however please be aware that most of the credit card payments attract at least 3% surcharge. Please enquire about your payment options when you request for a quotation. Our preferred payment method is direct deposit, however please allow at least 72hours for the transferred funds to be cleared.

Yes, we love to tailor to your needs and amendments will be friendly and professionally dealt with. Given the acceptable notice, your amendment requests will be carried out without extra charges.

All cancellations or changes of bookings require a minimum 48hours notice prior to your pick up time. 50% of the payment will be forfeited if cancellation occurs in within 72 hours or 100% of the payment will be forfeited if the cancellation occurs in within 48 hours prior your pick up. No refunds will be given if any delay or cancellation happened due to circumstances beyond our control.

An overtime charge will be applicable in the event that your booking does not run to schedule. This includes any extra charges levied where you choose to extend the duration of your booking and include charges for flight and/or traffic delays.

Enjoyaus Coaches has no liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise of any supplier/contractor. We have no liability or for any loss or damage caused by the negligence, act or omission of any supplier/contractor or other third party. In any circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements.

A limit of 1 large suitcase (bag), 1 small suitcase (bag) and 1 piece of hand luggage per passenger assumed if nothing otherwise is stated. No charges is applied to extra luggage but you must notify the company in case of extra or oversize luggage for us to provide a bigger vehicle if needed.

Enjoyaus Coaches will not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever arising, to any and all goods, baggage and personal items conveyed by our service. We recommend that you consider purchasing the appropriate insurance before your trip. We make sure that if an item was left on any of our coaches it will be kept at the company office untill someone claims it. Please be advised that if an item remains unclaimed for more than 30 days will be donated to a charity organization. Please notify us immediately in case of lost properties.

It is not compulsory to have a special child seat on large size coaches and buses but you must notify us beforehand if you need a child seat or capsule. Extra charges may be applied to each capsule, child or bolster seat provided.

Please note that large size coaches/buses will not be able to do pickups and drop-offs on other than main roads and streets. In that case all the passengers will be directed to the closest place where safe p/u and d/off is available. For the convenience of other passengers, it is a condition of travel that passengers be ready 5 minutes prior to the pick-up time. Delays of the coaches/buses may occur due to traffic or whether conditions. Enjoyaus Coaches will not be liable for any costs or delays incurred due to circumstances beyond our control. Please note that actual travel time may not be the same as it shown on the movement details. For Airport transfers allow enough travel time to be at the Airport at least 1.5hours for Domestic Flights and 3hours for International Flights prior your departure time.

Consuming food and beverages is not permitted in any vehicle supplied by Enjoyaus Coaches without prior approval. In such events payment of a security bond will be required. Please note that you are fully responsible for any charge in respect of any damage caused to the equipment of the coach as a result of your booking. Passengers also are obliged not to litter in the coach and remove all rubbish at the end of the journey. Smoking is not permitted by the law on any vehicle supplied by Enjoyaus Coaches.

Violence, disorderly conduct and aggression will not be tolerated. A passenger(s) may be asked to leave or refused entry on to the Enjoyaus Coaches vehicle prior to reaching their destination. No refunds will be given.
